Order Processing
At Julia Mercer, every order is carefully prepared before it leaves our fulfillment center.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier services.
Although most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

When Shipping Insurance has been purchased, your order is protected against eligible shipping issues.
Covered
Lost Packages
If your package is officially confirmed as lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or the contents have been damaged during transit, we will replace the affected item(s) after reviewing your claim.
How to Submit a Claim
Please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost shipments).

Our team will review your request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Shipping Insurance Exclusions
Shipping Insurance does not cover:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.
- Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery.
- Delivery delays caused by customs authorities.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Force majeure events, including severe weather or natural disasters.
